By accessing and using this "Heritage Dynamic C.I.C." Learning Platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Use, please do not use this Service.

The Service provides an educational platform combining British history, heritage site exploration through 3D virtual tours, and language learning content adapted to various CEFR levels (A1-B2). The Service includes reading materials, listening exercises, practice activities, and Life in the UK preparation content.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express permission
• Share or distribute content from the Service without proper authorization

While we strive to provide accurate historical information and high-quality language learning content, the Service is for educational purposes only. We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. The content should not be used as the sole preparation for official examinations including the Life in the UK test.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
